01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pk2car ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at pk2car.app. These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the pk2car website, mobile application, software, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them;
• You satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You understand that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the money you wager.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

02 Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the pk2car Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. pk2car maintains a strict 21+ policy. Any attempt to register by a person under 21 years of age is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds deposited.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on pk2car. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. pk2car reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending review.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are solely and fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your pk2car account. This includes, without limitation, all bets placed, all transactions initiated, and all communications sent from your account. The following obligations apply to your account at all times:

• You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify pk2car customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You must ensure that all personal information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date. Changes to your name, address, payment method, or contact details must be reported promptly.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account, including family members residing at the same address.
• You must not transfer funds from your pk2car account to another user's account except through formally designated transfer mechanisms where such features exist.

pk2car will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. In the event of an unauthorised access claim, we reserve the right to investigate and, where fraud is suspected, to freeze the relevant account pending investigation.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pk2car Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: pk2car currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Cash Deposit. Accepted methods may be updated from time to time.
• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your account cashier.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your pk2car balance instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect.
• Withdrawal Verification: All withdrawals require successful KYC verification before processing. You must have verified your identity, address, and payment method ownership before any withdrawal will be authorised.
• Withdrawal Timeframes: Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours, subject to your payment method and any applicable security review.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you legally. The use of funds derived from illegal activity, or the use of payment methods belonging to third parties, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Currency: pk2car does not charge currency conversion fees as all balances are maintained in PKR. Any conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

pk2car offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page at the time the offer is made.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are disclosed on each promotion's terms page.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited. Wagering requirements that are not met within the stated period will also result in forfeiture of remaining bonus funds.
• Abuse: pk2car reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or reclaim any bonus funds where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to reduce wagering risk, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional terms.
• Eligibility: pk2car reserves the right to restrict certain promotions to specific player segments, geographic regions, or payment methods. Employees of pk2car and their immediate family members are not eligible for any promotional offers.

06 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the pk2car Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by pk2car. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation displayed on screen or via notification. pk2car reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion.
• Insufficient Funds: Bets will not be accepted if your account balance is insufficient to cover the full stake amount at the time the bet is placed.
• Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, pk2car reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes to the player's account. No payouts will be made on bets that benefited from an erroneous price or game outcome caused by a malfunction.
• Results: For sports betting, all results are determined by the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the sport concerned. For casino games, all results are determined by the certified random number generator (RNG) output for that game.
• Cricket Markets: PSL and international cricket markets are settled according to the official scorecards published by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the International Cricket Council (ICC) as applicable. In-play bets will be settled based on the state of play at the time the market is suspended.
• Maximum Winnings: pk2car reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits per event, per day, or per player. Current limits are displayed in the relevant game or market information pages.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk2car Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or using false or third-party identities;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain and failing to report them promptly to pk2car;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of sports manipulation in relation to events available for betting on the Platform;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, including structuring deposits to avoid AML thresholds;
• Sharing your account access with any third party, including allowing a third party to place bets on your behalf;
• Using the Platform in any manner that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the service for other users;
• Making chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transaction claims in bad faith after receiving the corresponding services from pk2car.

08 Responsible Gaming

pk2car is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and not a source of financial or personal harm. The following tools and obligations form part of our responsible gaming commitment:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time via your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: You may set reminders and hard session time limits to manage the amount of time you spend gaming on the Platform.
• Cool-Off Periods: A cool-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks may be self-applied at any time. During a cool-off period, your account will be restricted from placing bets and receiving promotional communications.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request permanent self-exclusion from the pk2car Platform at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and result in permanent account deactivation. Re-registration after self-exclusion is not permitted.
• Age Verification: All accounts are subject to mandatory age verification. pk2car will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to hold an account or engage in any gaming activity on the Platform.

09 Suspension & Termination

pk2car reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• A user is found to have provided false registration information;
• A user has violated any provision of these Terms;
• pk2car is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory directive, or court order;
• pk2car has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct;
• A user's account shows no activity for a continuous period of 12 months (dormant account policy applies).

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited if it is connected to a violation, such as funds derived from bonus abuse or fraudulent deposits. Where an account is closed for operational or regulatory reasons unconnected to a breach, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five business days, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to you after deducting any applicable outstanding liabilities.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk2car Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, game content, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk2car or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, or distribute any part of the Platform;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform;
• Use any pk2car trademark, logo, or brand element without our prior written consent;
• Create derivative works based on any content found on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of pk2car's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk2car shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes without limitation:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gaming activity conducted on the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service, whether or not caused by technical malfunction;
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any delay in processing withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any reliance placed on information published on the Platform.

Where pk2car's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, it is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the six-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

pk2car collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy. Key points include:

• We collect personal data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, and comply with legal obligations;
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes;
• We share data with third-party verification, payment processing, and fraud detection partners solely as necessary to provide the service;
• You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you by contacting our support team.

13 Amendments

pk2car reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email or via an in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk2car holds its international gaming licence.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable regulatory authority or an agreed independent arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pk2car from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.
